Every single time we go there something isn't right. They are always out of something, usually something a little common sense says you shouldn't run out of. I think snails could offer faster service. The food is sometimes cold, but mostly it is ok. The store isn't the cleanest and honestly some days I wonder how it stays in business. The owners obviously don't care. If I could give less than a one I would. Get your act together A&W/KFC.
Good food, good service
Cons - The place was extremely dirty. Our feet stuck to the floor and we had to clean our own table even though there was only one other couple there. The service was very slow and I don't believe the teens working today really wanted to be there. Pro's - The fries were good.
I wanted a specific root beer float and was trying to understand the differences and the lady just seemed about with me. I wanted the root beer float that users soft serve and that is not what I got.
