Always had good experience with counter service at the main office, and our rural carrier, Jane, is a wonderful person and serves us very well. If U expect good service and are very grateful for it, it just comes automatically!
The driver that delivered my mail today was driving like a lunatic. The muffler on the truck is loud and in need of repair. Very poor representation of our local government. There are children that live and play on my private drive and if I catch this driver driving like he was today in my driveway , I will reprimand him and then turn it over to the local authorities !This kind of behavior is totally unacceptable period !
These people are terribly rude and I'm not entirely sure some of them to totally misunderstand their jobs.
I love having PTSD and being homeless then finally getting a place and they still have not helped me change my mailing address, instead two of them talk to you at once raising their voices then saying "you're yelling and need to calm down"
One bad experience after another with the Bryan Post Office. Yesterday they delivered a big pile of mail to my house (my mailbox is on my front porch) but didn't deliver an Amazon package because "the driver didn't have access to the delivery location". Sometimes I get no mail for 3 or 4 days then get a huge pile, I had a friend send me a letter that took 3 weeks to get to me and it was mailed in Bryan.
My small package in an envelope was sitting near my mailbox not in it in the snow...Come on mail carrier here in Bryan get it right next time!!!
