Walked in the store to buy a mower. Not one sales person walked up and asked if they could help me,I felt as if I was invisible,so I just walked by the two sales reps and still no word, out the door I go. Went to Menards and got my mower.

Store hours showed store open until 5:00 on Sunday. Showed up at 4:45 on Sunday and they were already closed.

Poor customer service. Scratched and dented my appliances and just just barely even said sorry. Never again.
