The manager has always been honest with me. Definitely cheaper than the dealership. You need to make an appointment because they are usually busy. That's a good thing.
I guess it depends on the type of work that needs done. I have been here triple times ONLY because my father in law had credit that we used because the repairs were major. Things that were supposed to be done were not even touched. Which then later on down the road led to more repairs and more problems. I can say with confidence because a new mechanic said the repairs were never done. It's scary to think I was driving around with my babies in the condition of the repairs.
This has to be the WORST service i have ever gotten from anyone in my life..i will NEVER go back or suggest the bryan store or defiance store to anyone..horrible service from both buisness along with the rude customer service..i will also call the better buisness bureau to report this service
