My friend's mom had come in on her lunch break and ordered her food before my friend and I showed up. She ordered her food at 12:22 and had to go say something about where her food was at 12:40. They had yet to start her meal and her lunch break is over at 1. Then my friend and I ordered food and they also forgot about our order. Then people came in after us and got their food right away. I am very displeased with this visit and really don't want to come back. Luke was our cashier and clearly didn't know what he was doing. The supervisor, Nicole was great and very apologetic. She did refund our sandwiches that didn't get made.
Their coffee is better tasting the Starbucks and a lot more reasonably priced.
I had a good smoothie. It seemed a little small for the price.
Good food. Good service.
Service was quick and friendly. I went in to study, know one was there except me and the staff had the music so loud I had to leave. Very disappointing.
