Terrible customer service. I was told I would receive a call back on an issue I had and no one called me back.
I've been a customer for almost 6 yrs. I made a deposit last week that bounced they charged my account $15. How is it my fault the deposit was bad. I called Bryan branch was put on hold because there were customers in the bank ( wth am I) some guy answers the phone and says they can't refund money I have NEVER been overdrawn or had a bad check. He also didn't know where the check was going that I deposited. I called Toledo branch and the guy was great he took off charge and explained how bad deposit worked. THANK YOU TOLEDO BRANCH Bryan branch sucks!
Many times I have needed to be helped by someone in the back office, and have repeatedly been left to wait in the lobby for 15 minutes or more....and left messages to have them call me back....and no calls what so ever....Horrible service!!!! And complete lack of appreciation in our business!
